Chamitsulle BAKES & HERBS (カミツレ ベイクス アンド ハーブス) は焼き菓子とハーブのお店です。 南阿蘇の大自然の中で育つ農薬不使用・オーガニック栽培のハーブを使ったハーブティー。 季節の素材をふんだんに使った焼きっぱなしのお菓子たち。 自然豊かな南阿蘇から、心を込めてお届けします。 “カミツレ”は、カモミールの和名です。 『人を癒す』『出会いと祝福』『ささやかに強く生きる』といった花言葉を持つハーブ。 カミツレのように、南阿蘇の地に根を張り、人に寄り添いながら、たくさんの笑顔や癒しをお届けできたらと思っています。 == 2021年5月に南阿蘇にて、夫婦で営む小さなお店のオープンしました。 焼き菓子とハーブティーのほか、お茶の時間も楽しんでいただけるお店です。 美しい南阿蘇にぜひ遊びにいらしてください。 “Chamitsulle BAKES & HERBS” is a shop of herbs and baked goods located in Minami-Aso, Japan. We grow herbs all organically by ourselves, in our farm, the heart of nature’s bounty. Using local seasonal produce, we offer rustic and comforting baked goods with a little bit of our twist. “Chamitsulle”, is a Japanese name of chamomile. Chamomile, its language of flower is “healing someone”, has always been with human as a healing herb throughout history. Like “chamitsulle”, we’d like to stand by you and soothe you through our products from here in Minami-Aso. May our herbal products bring you relieved and relaxing moments in your daily life. == We are opening our actual store & cafe “Chamitsulle BAKES & HERBS” in the spring 2021, here in Minami-Aso, Kumamoto.
